This position plays a key role in talent management, the implementation of human resources strategies, and the optimization of internal personnel‑related processes.

Activities

  • Selection and recruitment: Coordination of personnel selection processes, from the publication of vacancies to the incorporation of new employees.
  • Performance evaluation: Coordination of performance evaluation processes (KPI management), providing feedback and follow‑up to employees and company leaders.
