Key Responsibilities: 1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Proactively manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection. Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Coordinate the preparation and sending of offer packages and manage all post-joining formalities. Design and deliver a comprehensive orientation program for new joiners to ensure they are integrated into CEL's culture and processes.
