We're Hiring: HR Coordinator (Labor Hiring Specialist)
*Location: Sundar Industrial Estate, Lahore*
We are looking for an HR Coordinator specialized in labor hiring to manage factory manpower requirements at our Sundar Industrial Estate, Lahore facility.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end hiring of factory labor and contractual workforce
Coordination with labor contractors, vendors, and local hiring sources
Ensure timely availability of manpower as per production needs
Maintain labor records, CNIC documentation, and attendance
Manage onboarding, induction, and shift coordination
Control absenteeism, turnover, and replacement hiring
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies
Liaise with production and floor supervisors for manpower planning
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (HR or related field preferred)
2–3 years of experience in labor hiring for factory/manufacturing setup
Strong labor sourcing and contractor coordination skills...
