Job Description

Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers.
Post job vacancies and screen CVs as per job requirements.
Manage complete employee documentation (offer letters, contracts, personal files, joining forms, CNIC copies, academic records, etc.).
Maintain and update employee records in HR system/files.
Monitor daily attendance, late coming, absenteeism, and leave records.
Prepare attendance reports for management review.
Handle onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
Prepare HR letters (warning letters, experience letters, confirmation letters, etc.).
Ensure company policies and SOPs are properly implemented.
Coordinate employee queries and escalate issues when necessary.
Support performance review process and HR reporting
