Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Executive

Job Summary

The HR Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day human resources operations, including recruitment, employee records, and basic HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new employees
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Support payroll coordination and attendance tracking
  • Handle basic employee queries related to HR policies
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and labor laws
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
