What You’ll Own
HR Operations
- Make onboarding seamless and exciting for new joiners.
- Manage employee lifecycle documentation.
- Keep our HRMS updated and our data sharp.
- Help roll out policies and ensure everyone understands the “why” behind them.
- Be a reliable point of contact for employee queries.
HR Leadership Support
- Manage calendars, meetings, and priorities for HR leadership.
- Coordinate travel bookings and logistics.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting notes.
