Join Sleep Country Canada as a Human Resources Coordinator on a 12-month contract. This role supports payroll, HR administration, and employee relations across British Columbia and the Prairies.
As a key member of the HR team, you will assist the Regional HR Manager with various HR initiatives and employee/labour relations. This position is ideal for candidates with at least 3 years of HR experience, especially in retail or unionized environments. Your skills in analytical thinking and relationship building will be essential in this fast-paced role.
