Join BAUER as a Human Resources Coordinator, located in Burnaby, BC or Oakville, ON. This role focuses on providing administrative support and enhancing HR operations in the construction industry.
In this role, you will report directly to the National Director of Human Resources and play a pivotal part in the HR team. You'll respond to HR inquiries, maintain personnel files, and coordinate effective onboarding and offboarding. Your contributions will directly impact employee experiences in a dynamic workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address employee inquiries concerning HR policies and wellness benefits
• Keep up-to-date employee records within the HRIS platform
• Finalize offer letters and handle employment documents
• Manage onboarding and offboarding activities
