**Your Job**Collaborate with its team to ensure the execution of the HR strategies related to bring the right talent required on time, deploy the culture of the company within the new Molex plant and act as the HR lead for the assigned projects / areas to support from a HR perspective.
**Our Team**Our HR team plays a crucial role both internally and externally.Internal interaction All levels across Molex DG and HR organization.External Interaction Labor bureau, lawyer, training vendor, consultant, external agencies...etc.
**What You Will Do**- Determine the basis for the training process aligned with the quality regulations / requirements- Define the training programs for the plant, from a tracking and content perspective.Soft and hard skills- Look for optimization of current processes- Work on the documentation to determine the rules of usage of the plant amenities- DL - determine resources, plans to bring the talent on time- Ensure the correct payment for all the employees...
