This is a true partnering role requiring strong stakeholder management capability, solid employee relations experience, and the confidence to challenge and influence at all levels.
You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, balancing business objectives with people-focused solutions while maintaining high standards of fairness, empathy, and emotional intelligence.
