Reporting to the Human Resources Operations Manager in Canada, the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will be responsible for providing consulting services for a dedicated clientele of managers and employees.

The HRBP will act as a partner to the business sector by integrating HR strategy and providing advice and support to internal client groups, bringing added value to the company. The HRBP provides HR guidance and support through overseeing programs that cover several HR areas including workforce planning, talent and performance management, terminations, consolidation and mobilization of teams, as well as work climate analysis in a change management context.
