Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR professional to join our growing team. You will play a key role in recruitment, employee engagement, payroll operations, and HR initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning
Coordinate interviews, candidate assessments, and offer processes
Support onboarding and new hire orientation
Monitor probation reviews and employee confirmation processes
Employee Relations & HR Operations
Partner with department heads to support HR and business needs
Conduct employee engagement check-ins and exit interviews
Support performance management and retention initiatives
Organize employee engagement and team-building activities
Payroll & Compliance
Handle monthly payroll processing accurately and on time
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.)
