Human Resources Business Partner As a passionate Human Resources Business Partner, you will collaborate with the management teams to build and to ensure the success of their Human Resources strategies in the areas of recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, performance management, employment legislation, policy interpretation and collective agreement interpretation. It requires extraordinary interpersonal skills and a passion for managing positive working relationships and an understanding of effective workforce planning to meet operational objectives.
