Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on HR Manager who can operate at both strategic and operational levels, supporting business leaders across functions. The role will focus on talent acquisition, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management, while contributing to organizational development and integration initiatives.



Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Plannin

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior roles, particularly in pharma, manufacturing, and support function
  • Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce plan
  • Build pipelines across Ireland, India, and European market
