    • Facilitate exit procedure for resigned and terminated employee
      • Processes employee separation documentation
      • Processes and routes clearance
      • Prepares last pay request
      • Conducts exit interview and submit summary of exit interview
    • Releases exit documentation
      • Last pay
      • Prepares Release Waiver & Quit Claim
      • Prepares Certificate of Employment
      • Coordinates with HR-Timekeeping & Payroll for Certificate of
      • Contribution (SSS, Pag-ibig & PhilHealth)

    • Counseling, grievance and discipline for all staff
      • Conducts investigation on complaints and grievances
      • Facilitates the resolution of any employee relations problems
