Job Title: HR- Lead / Specialist / Manager (Role is that of an Individual Contributor)


Job Summary:

Act as a strategic partner to the Business Head and manage the implementation of HR strategy at the respective business / function and in order to facilitate the achievement of business goals.


Specific Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in discussions with Business / Function Leaders for finalizing strategic priorities for the financial year.
  • Liaison with the Farmabiot plant employees and HR SPOC there as well as the plant head for various HR interventions.
  • Translate business / function priorities into key HR priorities and chart out the HR plan for the year by incorporating aspects of overall HR strategy and Business / function specific requirements.
