Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee relations cases and workplace investigations.
  • Provide guidance on labor laws, company policies, and disciplinary actions.
  • Handle grievance resolution and conflict management.
  • Partner with leaders on employee relations strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
  • Support hearings, documentation, and case management.
  • Analyze ER trends and recommend process improvements.


  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of employee relations or HRBP experience.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and employee relations practices.
  • Experience handling investigations and disciplinary cases.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
