Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee relations cases and workplace investigations. Provide guidance on labor laws, company policies, and disciplinary actions. Handle grievance resolution and conflict management. Partner with leaders on employee relations strategies. Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies. Support hearings, documentation, and case management. Analyze ER trends and recommend process improvements.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.3+ years of employee relations or HRBP experience.Strong knowledge of labor laws and employee relations practices.Experience handling investigations and disciplinary cases.Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
