Job Description
The HR Business Partner Manager collaborates with leaders of the assigned units to align people strategies with business goals, and deliver HR solutions to drive performance, enhance employee engagement, and improve over-all employee experience. This role acts as a consultant to leaders on human resource-related issues, serves as an employee champion, and supports HR strategy execution.
