1. Build sound understanding of business strategy to develop and implement people priorities that include leadership development, career development, culture, workforce planning, rewards, organizational design and development, organizational change management, succession planning, retention, and engagement
2. Build succession plans & a strong talent pipeline to enable business continuity
3. Serve as a people advocate and find ways to improve engagement, workplace relationships and develop a sense of community to boost productivity and retention
4. Design and deliver radically simple solutions to people challenges while ensuring alignment with the organizational priorities by partnering closely with specialist HR teams such as Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development and Total Reward...
