Become a key player at Ethos Automation as a Human Resources Business Partner in Brantford, Ontario. This full-time, on-site role enhances employee relations, recruitment, and compliance across our Canadian and Mexico teams.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be supporting a workforce of 75 to 150 employees, handling the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to performance management. The ideal candidate is proactive and organized, thriving in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will improve HR processes and strengthen company culture while ensuring compliance with relevant legislations.
