- Detect training needs & conduct training as well
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or equivalent related education/qualification
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in human resources generalist/HRBP from Furniture/interior industry will be advantages
- Able in partnering or collaboration with stake holder
- Experience in hiring proses, training, comben, manpower planning
- Experience as Retail business process
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Good team player, Strong interpersonal, presentation, and influencing skills, self-motivated, and able to work independently
