1. Formulate training plans and improve the training system according to the company's development strategy
2. Establish a complete performance appraisal system, organize and implement performance appraisal work, and ensure accuracy
3. Track and implement employee transfers and manage filing documentation
4. Comply with labor regulations, handle employee relations, labor disputes, and arbitration disputes
5. Conduct end to end recruitment process based on department needs
Job Requirements:
1)Bachelor degree or Master Degree from any major
2) Good English and Chinese Skill
3) 1-3 years working experience as HR or related field
