In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to ensuring alignment between HR initiatives and business objectives. You will play a critical role in fostering a positive work environment, managing employee relations, and driving HR programs that support operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor on HR-related matters, including workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with managers, supervisors, and employees to ensure HR strategies align with business needs.
