Job Description

Works under the supervision of the Human Resources Manager. Performs all clerical responsibilities required for the Human Resources Team to function efficiently. Collects and manages all data concerning all employees and performs transactional duties in support of the Company’s manpower.

Reports directly to the Human Resources Manager. Acts as the Line Manager and supervises all Specialists, Coordinator, and Associates of the department. Performs administrative and clerical tasks relative to processes of HR. Ensures that the department is running and provides timely and accurate output for operations to use.


Minimum Requirements:

  • University degree in business or related discipline.
  • Previous experience within a HR environment for at least five years
  • Has relative experience in handling and/or supervising people
  • Experience in HR Business Partnership set-up is an advantage
