SUMMARY:
The Human Resources Associate provides professional and confidential administrative support to Human Resources. This incumbent act as a liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support all HR staff with administrative tasksMonitor and coordinate HR Inbox for general inquires, resumes, documentation, etc. and forward to appropriate contact for follow upRetrieve, date stamp and distribute incoming/outgoing mail, courier requestsEnsures the Human Resources SharePoint page is current and up-to-dateGenerates and sends form lettersUpdates and maintain HRMS for all areas of conditions of employmentMaintains Work Break Orders and Averaging Permits (Employment Standards) for various programsMaintains confidential HR (Payroll) filing systemReceive and review posting requests, ensuri...
