Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a human resources associate located in Salem. The Human Resources Associate will oversee HR operations, support HR management, and assist with training and development initiatives. Daily responsibilities include maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment efforts, ensuring compliance with HR policies, facilitating onboarding processes, and supporting employee engagement. Additionally, this role will require active communication with team members to facilitate collaboration and address HR-related inquiries effectively.
