Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced HR Associate to own and manage all HR functions across the company. You’ll be the go-to person for everything people-related, partnering closely with our U.S. leadership team.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead daily HR operations and employee relations
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations
  • Manage employee records, contracts, and government-mandated benefits
  • Oversee timekeeping and payroll coordination
  • Drive onboarding and performance management (including PIPs)
  • Support engagement, training, and culture initiatives
  • Align workforce strategies with U.S.-based leadership

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
  • 3+ years of HR experience (BPO, tech, or telecom preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws
