POSITION SUMMARY:
The HR Associate plays a key role in supporting the Human Resources department by managing a variety of administrative, operational, and employee-focused tasks. This role is well-suited for an organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for promoting a positive employee experience. The HR Associate is a critical partner in the success of the HR function, ensuring smooth operations across multiple HR processes. Key responsibilities include assisting with employee engagement initiatives, handling onboarding and offboarding processes, managing documentation, coordinating events, and supporting daily HR operations.
