Key Responsibilities

  • Compensation & Payroll Support – Assist in payroll administration, timekeeping coordination, payroll reporting, and compensation-related processes.
  • Government Compliance & Statutory Reporting – Ensure compliance with DOLE, BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other regulatory requirements.
  • HRIS & Records Management – Maintain employee records, HR systems, and personnel files with data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Benefits Administration – Support enrollment, monitoring, and administration of employee benefits and wellness programs.
  • Recruitment & Staffing – Support end-to-end recruitment activities, manpower movements, and onboarding coordination.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding – Facilitate employee onboarding and separation processes in line with company and government timelines.
  • Employee Relations & Case Management – Assist in employee discipline, labor cases, and employee relations matters.
