Summary of Position
As an HR Associate, you support the accurate validation of timekeeping records, timely payroll release, and proper administration of employee compensation and benefits. This role assists in payroll-related processing, statutory reporting, government remittances, and employee benefit claims, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and government regulations. The position also helps address employee pay-related inquiries and supports the coordination of benefits and compliance documentation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete and verify total required hours worked, extended hours, and other timekeeping-related
- Ensure timely release of payroll
- Address all complaints and issues of employees regarding their pay-out computation within the standard timeline
- Distribute cash payouts as may be required in view of technical errors in payout crediting
- Make bank transmittals for all the payout transactions
