Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Lead the full spectrum of HR functions across the employee lifecycle—from manpower planning and recruitment to talent development and retention.

  • Develop and implement HR policies, strategies, and guidelines aligned with business objectives.

  • Serve as a trusted HR advisor to Management on Employment Act matters, best practices, government initiatives, IR issues, and workforce planning.

  • Talent & Performance Management

  • Drive employee engagement, talent development, performance management, and succession planning initiatives.

  • Manage foreign worker recruitment, documentation, and compliance.

  • Compensation, Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare HR management reports.

  • Ensure strong compliance with HR, safety, and social responsibility standards, including SEDEX and ISO 45001.
