Job Description
We are looking for a proactive US HR Associate (0–2 years experience) to support HR operations. You will assist in onboarding, HR administration, payroll coordination, and employee queries, helping ensure smooth HR processes for our US team.
Responsibilities:
- Support onboarding/offboarding and maintain employee records.
- Assist with payroll, benefits, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate interviews and recruitment-related activities.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Any Bachelor’s degree.
- 0–2 years of experience; HR background preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
