Job Description
1. Support Recruitment and Onboarding by assisting with job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, employment documentation, and new employee orientation.
2. Manage HR Administration by maintaining employee records, processing personnel transactions, preparing HR documents, and ensuring the confidentiality of employee information.
3. Assist with Timekeeping and Payroll by monitoring attendance and leave, validating time records, supporting payroll preparation, and addressing payroll-related concerns.
4. Promote Employee Relations and Development by responding to employee inquiries, coordinating engagement activities, supporting training programs, and maintaining training records.
5. Ensure HR Compliance and Administrative Support by implementing HR policies, supporting labor law compliance and audits, preparing reports, coordinating HR activities, and performing other HR-related duties as assigned.
