Job Responsibilities:


1. Administrative & Personnel Support

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations

  • Assist with HR-related administrative tasks, including employee records management and documentation filing

  • Coordinate internal communications and handle routine correspondence

  • Support onboarding and offboarding administrative processes
  • 2. Employee Attendance Management

  • Maintain accurate employee attendance records in the HR system

  • Monitor daily attendance, including leave, tardiness, and absence tracking

  • Calculate overtime hours in accordance with company policy and local labor regulations

  • Prepare attendance reports for payroll processing and management review

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements
