Job Responsibilities
  • Work closely with HR Manager and team to ensure smooth operation in HR matters
  • Process Bi-monthly payroll using payroll software
  • Maintaining employee database in the HRIS & P-filing
  • Prepare employment contracts, addendum, HR letters and correspondences
  • Administer employee leaves and claims
  • Work Passes related matters
  • Manages WICA compensation and submission of WICA reports
  • Process IRAS tax clearance and government paid leave claims
  • Assist in MOM market labour survey and other MOM surveys
  • Assist to attend to phone calls and other ad-hoc duties.
Job Requirements
  • No working experience required
  • Minimum Educational level: 'O' Level
  • Possess positive attitude and good adaptability
  • Organized & Meticulous
  • Good interpersonal, communication and coordinating skills
