Job Description

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Labor Relations, or similar.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in Human Resources (Essential).
English: 90% (Essential).
Software: Office.
Manage personnel files and keep them updated in physical and digital formats.
Prepare reports on area indicators (turnover, absenteeism, incidents, etc.).
Payment of services, preparation of employment certificates,
Proof of seniority, employment agreements,
Processing for employee benefits and allowances (IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, etc.).
Carry out the administrative process for employee terminations with the IMSS.
Address staff requirements and requests related to HR.
Support internal and external audits,
