Job Description

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant HR experience.
  • Basic understanding of human resources principles, labor laws, and HR best practices. (e.g., Payroll and, Compensation and Benefits)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the HR field.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
