Job Description

  • Work with hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs
  • Develop and post job advertisements on appropriate platforms
  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, databases, and referrals
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews (phone, video, or in-person)
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Conduct reference and background checks where required
  • Manage job offers and support onboarding activities
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future vacancies
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policy and employment laws

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 3-4 months

Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month
