Job Description
- Work with hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs
- Develop and post job advertisements on appropriate platforms
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, databases, and referrals
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews (phone, video, or in-person)
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Conduct reference and background checks where required
- Manage job offers and support onboarding activities
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future vacancies
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policy and employment laws
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 3-4 months
Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month
