HR Assistant – Employee Relations

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point of contact for basic employee relations concerns and inquiries, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Assist in the administration of disciplinary processes in accordance with company policies and Philippine labor laws.
  • Support the documentation and monitoring of employee grievances, notices, and case files.
  • Help coordinate and document investigations related to employee complaints and incidents.
  • Assist in managing the employee exit process, ensuring completion of clearance and documentation requirements.
  • Conduct or support exit interviews and compile feedback for HR review.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Support compliance initiatives by monitoring updates in Philippine labor regulations and assisting in policy implementation.
