Job Description

1. Reports directly to the Human Resource Manager.

2. In charge of creating informative job posting through online portals. Sourcing and screening of applicants resume based on the requirements needed by the requesting department.

3. Conducts interview candidates and makes valued recommendations to hiring managers, ensuring cultural fit and according to define job specification per position.

4. Ensures that account‑specific recruitment activities are aligned with the overall HR‑Recruitment Policies and Procedures.

5. Provides timely and accurate feedback to the recruiting unit on the status of their hiring requests.

6. Ensure that applicant's tracker is maintained.

7. Invites and schedule qualified applicants for interviews.

8. Proactive coordination with Hiring Manager for final interviews and follow up the interview status.
