Qualification:

  • Must be graduate of Psychology, Human Resources Development and Management or any relate course.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Has at least 6 months related work experience.
  • Must be adept in using Microsoft Office Suite

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in processing payroll-related data such as attendance, overtime, and leaves
  • Manage loan monitoring and processing of remittances and loan payments to the respective government agencies
  • Coordinate with finance and government agencies for payroll and benefits concerns

Recruitment

  • Post job openings on various platforms and screen initial applications
  • Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates
  • Assist in onboarding new hires, including document collection and orientation
