The primary purpose of this position is to administer the military personnel recognition program (awards, medals, decorations, commendations, unit, and special trophy). Responsibilities Performs final clerical review of recommendations for evaluations, awards, medals, decorations, and other actions submitted by units or processed by other clerks. Administers/manages evaluations program and serves as the primary source of information for individuals, commanders, and other personnel on and off base regarding evaluations, awards and decorations policies, procedures, and requirements. Updates, inquires, and processes actions through Personnel Data System. Responsible for input of data pertaining to evaluations, awards, and decorations.
