1. HR Assistant (Remote)

Job Summary:

The HR Assistant supports day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, documentation, and HR data management. This is a remote role ideal for a detail-oriented and organized professional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Handle HR documentation such as offer letters and contracts.
  • Assist with payroll data, attendance, and employee benefits coordination.
