We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized HR Assistant to support the daily functions of the Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will assist with a variety of HR tasks including recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, benefits administration, and general administrative support. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of HR.


Key Responsibilities:

+ Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.

+ Prepare new hire paperwork, coordinate onboarding processes, and ensure a smooth orientation experience.

+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both digital and physical.
