An opportunity has arisen to join our existing team as an HR Assistant. As a central point of contact to provide full range of HR guidance and support to department managers, staff, and staff-side representatives across the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide full range of HR guidance and support to department managers, staff, and staff-side representatives across the organisation.
  • Act as a central point of contact for HR advice across a range of issues such as employee relations, employment legislation, equal opportunities, and employee development.
  • Promote high‑quality practice in all HR areas.

Qualifications

  • Certificate in Personnel Practice or equivalent HR experience.
