Halifax Water is searching for a dedicated Human Resources Assistant to join its People & Culture Team, supporting diverse HR functions from recruitment to employee relations. This position ensures that all HR initiatives align with the company's commitment to a diverse workforce.
In this HR Assistant role, you will collaborate with various team members to provide hands-on HR support. A university degree in a related field is essential, alongside a CPHR designation—if not already held, willingness to obtain it is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must, while experience in unionized settings and HRIS systems will be beneficial.
