Job Description

The Human Resources & Compliance Manager will focus on oversight, compliance, strategy, and process improvement of the company's Human Resources and Recruitment initiatives while overseeing and coaching the Human Resources and Recruitment teams. Job Duties: Lead and oversee the Human Resources, Compliance, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition functions while supervising the Human Resources and Recruitment teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant operations. Review and approve HR, recruiting, payroll, benefits, and employee documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
