Human Resources & Administration Assistant
Location: Chemor, Perak
Working Days: 5 days per week
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are looking for responsible and detail-oriented HR & Admin Assistant to support both Human Resources and administrative operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to manage payroll matters as well as documentation and licensing tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources (Payroll Focus)
- Handle full-cycle payroll processing accurately and on time
- Calculate salaries and overtime payments
- Manage statutory contributions and statutory deductions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR documentation
- Prepare HR letters (offer letter, confirmation letter, warning letter, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian Employment Act and company policies
