Established HR Technology professional assembles, reviews, and analyzes HR Technology requirements. Conducts analysis and participates in audits and projects.

Key Responsibilities

As a Human Resources Analyst you will be responsible for:

  • Support internal customers, understanding business objectives and delivering insights to advise on workforce decisions.
  • Use PowerBI to create intuitive, visually appealing dashboards to present data in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for report automation or self-service, shifting the focus of work to more strategic consulting support
  • Champion self-service metrics, empowering clients with fast access to data
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis, generate and test working hypotheses, and uncover insightful trends across human resource function. EX: attrition, talent acquisition, talent management, learning, divers...
