HR Analyst (Workday & Payroll Audit)
The HR Analyst is responsible for maintaining accurate Workday data, conducting payroll audits, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and payroll standards. This role supports team members through email and Workday Help inquiries and partners with key stakeholders to resolve audit findings in a timely and effective manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data in Workday.
- Perform regular payroll audits to validate time entries, pay components, and compliance with company policies.
- Identify discrepancies and initiate corrective actions to prevent payroll errors.
- Provide support to team members by responding to inquiries via email and Workday Help in a timely and professional manner.
